Tariff
Tramways Holiday Villa can be booked for any number of nights at £100 per night, or for full weeks at £500 per week.
We can accommodate any length of booking – please contact us with your requirements.
Payment
A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due prior to or on arrival of your stay.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your holiday, please phone immediately. We will do our best to re-let for you and if successful will refund your deposit less an administration charge of £25 per week booked. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting or only able to let at a reduced rate, then your full deposit will be non-returnable.
Arrival & Departure
Tramways will be available to you from 4pm on the day of your arrival to 10am on your last day (alternative times by prior arrangement).
We ask that you agree to leave it in a clean and tidy condition, as you would wish to find it. Please accept responsibility for any damage done and or loss sustained during your stay and pay for accordingly.
Availability
If, for any reason beyond our control, the property is not available on the date of your holiday, all rent paid will be refunded in full and the hirer shall then have no further claim against the owner.
Access
The owner shall be allowed reasonable access during your stay.
Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included. A welcome pack is supplied comprising bread, butter, milk, eggs, bacon, tea & coffee (alternative provisions can be catered for).
Strictly no smoking in Tramways.
How to Pay
You can pay by credit or debit card, or by cash or cheque if you prefer.
