“I have had the pleasure to stay in this great establishment for a few weeks over the last few months. Graham is a fantastic host, super helpful and knowledgeable. The annex is a perfect size and has everything you would ever need. Beautiful location. Fantastic price. I would happily stay here again.”

“Hi, I stayed with you two years ago, and I'm so pleased you won! Your B+B was the best ever! Well Done!”
Sarah Fuller, South Water, West Sussex

“We stayed in Tramways self catering for 5 months. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The accommodation was excellent, well equipped and clean. Graham was a fabulous landlord, nothing was too much trouble for him. Would highly recommend both Tramways and the B and B to anyone.”
Lesley and Jim Connochie, Porthleven

“This was our second visit first time in the B&B Garden Room and this time in the fantastic Tramways Cottage with its lovely garden. What an amazing stay. Didn't have a chance to experience the hot tub which is a new addition. Would definately recommend. Graham is the most friendliest of hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning”
Molly and Brian, Portishead Bristol

“Perfect cottage to stay in Cornwall. We stayed for a week in Tramways Cottage and would recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in Cornwall. The cottage is immaculate, has everything you would need and is ideally placed to visit many tourist attractions and beaches in the area. The owners are very friendly and helpful.”

“Great central getaway for Cornwall. We would recommend this lovely getaway to anybody. The overall quality of this holiday home was to a very high standard. Graham is always on hand with tips for places to visit and are a great team with a warm and friendly greeting.”
Mr & Mrs Staley

“New, comfortable and self-contained apartment near Redruth. We stayed over Christmas 2012 to visit relatives just down the road. The accommodation is very very clean and modern. Think flat screen TVs, a nice coffee machine and an electric fire that has its own smoke and you'll have the picture. The mezzanine bedroom arrangement is perhaps a little odd but gives the place the charm it has. The whole is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. You can park the car right outside the front door. The owner lives in the B&B next door and have that knack of popping outside as you pull up just enough to ask if everything's ok but not too much to annoy. Nice people.”

“Perfect Romantic Getaway in great location. I spent weeks looking for a really romantic, homely, well priced and superbly located cottage that could accommodate my partner and I, as most places were for minimum 4 people or in locations such as St Ives, Newquay, Penzanace, Falmouth, St Austell, Truro, etc and I had never heard of Redruth, but once I looked at the location, I realised how perfect it was to all the surrounding areas to visit. The cottage is a converted garage, but it does not feel anything like a garage, if anything, I was gob smacked at how beautiful it looked from both the outside and once I stepped foot inside the property. Graham (owner) was so helpful and bubbly and have really maintained the grounds and this property to an extremely high standard, and my partner was smiling no end at how this place looked, but also felt once she stepped inside. It is extremely cosy, quiet, romantic and warm, has a comfortable sofa, lovely dining table and a perfect sized kitchen with everything you require to cater for yourself. We had beautiful views from a spiral staircase outside the Bed and Breakfast which was amazing, and the longest drive time to any major town was 30 minutes, which was really good. We had a Co-op and a Tesco within a mile or so of the property and a really nice Village pub which served amazing food and dessert. My partner and I stayed here for 5 days, but did not want to leave, we were so at home and felt like this was our own little place. The only minor issue I would say is the Wi-Fi signal was very weak and though I was fortunate enough not to require the Wi-Fi as I had mobile Internet on my phone, for anyone staying here who requires this, it may be a slight issue. I would recommend anyone wishing to see a lot of Cornwall in one trip, to definitely stay at Tramways as you will not be disappointed!!”

“Perfect cottage to stay in Cornwall. We stayed for a week in Tramways Cottage and would recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in Cornwall. The cottage is immaculate, has everything you would need and is ideally placed to visit many tourist attractions and beaches in the area. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We were given a "tour" of their adjoining bed and breakfast property (The Old Railway Yard) which again seemed to be of a very high standard.”
Mr & Mrs Johnson

“Top class cottage, well presented, very well equipped and very clean! We enjoyed a pleasant stay in the cottage for a week and the location is ideal for visiting different areas of cornwall due to its central location - major attractions / towns are no more than a 30 minutes drive away. Thanks Graham for being welcoming and a friendly host. Would definitely stay here again. PS. Thanks for the scones and cornish cream - they were delicious!”
John & Garazi, Bishops Stortford

“We have just returned from an amazing stay at Tramways with Graham who runs The Old Railway Yard B+B. What a beautiul place! The accomodation had everything we could have needed and was extremely well finished with modern fittings whilst still remaining so homely. Graham was a fantastic host! So welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. Great local knowledge too, which was really helpful for us to explore the beautiful Cornish surroundings - lots of towns are not too far away, due to the central location. Breakfasts were very tasty and Graham was really accomodating to our preferences. We returned home feeling totally relaxed and like we had stayed with old friends! What a find this was a real gem! Thank you so much Graham.”
Angela and Chris lloyd, Wirral

Mr & Mrs Randaccla, Germany

“Amazing, beautiful, welcoming service and everything we needed. Thank you”
Mr & Mrs Hayman and family, Bickley

“Great location, all attractions close by - amazing accommodation and so clean - we didn't want to use anything for fear of making it dirty! Everything we needed under one roof, and hosts on hand next door in the B & B should you "run out" of anything. We will definitely reccommend you to friends & family.”
Andrew, Jaqueline, Ruby & Jamie Baxter, Cheshire

“We are delighted with the standard of accommodation and pleasantness of the owners on our arrival, top class! Everything done to perfection, thanks. Will definitely recommend.”
Mr & Mrs Tweedie, Cumbria

“We have enjoyed a fantastic week's holiday whilst staying in your lovely new cottage. The welcome pack was great, thanks again!”
